At Everything Pretty, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Everything Pretty (PTY) LTD is a South African-based creative agency specialising in design, branding, installations, pop-up experiences, merchandise, and creative consulting.
2. Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic & brand design

  • Signage and pop-up creation

  • Visual content production

  • Custom artwork and merchandise

  • Creative consulting for campaigns, events, and businesses

Project timelines, costs, and deliverables will always be discussed and agreed upon in writing before commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete information for briefs and requests

  • Approving drafts and concepts within agreed timelines

  • Making payments as per agreed invoicing terms

Failure to provide necessary information or approvals may delay the project.
4. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, artwork, and materials created by Everything Pretty remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property upon payment.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute our designs without our written consent.
5. Pricing & Payments
Quotes are valid for 14 days. A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure your project.

  • Final balance is due upon delivery unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur a 10% penalty after 14 days overdue.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be granted based on work completed.

  • Custom work and digital products are not eligible for refunds unless faulty or damaged.

7. Turnaround Times
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. We aim to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays due to:

  • Late client feedback or changes

  • Force majeure (e.g. power outages, illness, unrest)

8. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, copy or exploit any part of our site content or brand without permission

  • Attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt our systems

We do our best to keep our site secure and updated but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.
9. Liability
Everything Pretty will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses arising from misinterpretation of deliverables or brief content

  • Errors after final approval from the client

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. All updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
