At Everything Pretty, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We strive to deliver creative excellence in all our services and products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines your rights and our process regarding refunds.
Refund Policy - the basics
Once a service has commenced, we do not offer full refunds. However, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Project Cancellation: If a client cancels before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

Early Termination: If work has started but is not completed, a partial refund (minus costs incurred to date) may be provided at our discretion.

Client Dissatisfaction: If the delivered work is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the brief and cannot be resolved through revisions, we may consider a partial refund.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed upon in writing.
We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized items, unless the item:

Arrives damaged or defective.

Is not as described or agreed upon.
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof and a description of the problem. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer either:

A replacement, or

A partial/full refund (based on the nature of the defect).

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if the file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days to your original payment method.
